Review

Frontier doubles down on creation without losing the management spine. Pathing and scenery placement are cleaner, with grid and freeform options that snap only when you want them to. Water park systems add a fresh layer. Pools and flumes behave like proper attractions, with staffing and safety needs that make layouts feel grounded. The event sequencer is the quiet win, letting you script lighting and effects to sell a theme without complex workarounds. Economy leans readable, with heat maps that surface pain points quickly and let you fix flow, prices, or staffing before a park stalls.

Performance is solid on mid range hardware if you respect crowd counts and effects, and the Workshop sharing loop is fast. Co op Franchise sessions keep busywork light and let specialists shine, from layout architects to finance tinkerers. Two caveats. Very large parks still strain CPUs as guest numbers climb, and the Denuvo layer can add stutter on some rigs when loading big saves. Even with those cautions, this is a generous toolbox that rewards planning and flair.

Verdict: a deep, flexible park builder that finally makes water parks feel native, not bolted on.
