Review

Jobs start small. A van to the ferry, a late night delivery across dirt backroads, a risky detour to save a few dollars on fuel. Manual gearboxes and clutch control give weight to the vehicles, and each class handles like a different problem to solve. The economy pushes choices that feel human, not just optimal. Skip a bill to buy better tires now or play safe and run slower jobs.
Presentation is plain but readable, with a day night cycle that helps set mood on long drives. The motel as a base makes sense, even if menus lean utilitarian. Where the game could stumble is repetition. If contracts thin out or routes feel samey, mid game might sag. The demo suggests enough variety, though, and the survival layer adds texture when cash runs low.
Verdict: grounded driving and a harsh wallet, a promising combo if the contract pool stays fresh.
