Star Wars Zero Company launches on August 27, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Developed by Bit Reactor in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games and published by Electronic Arts, it is a single-player turn-based tactics game set during the final days of the Clone Wars.
EA App DRM Is Already In The Fine Print
The Steam page does not currently show the usual “Incorporates 3rd-party DRM: Denuvo Anti-tamper” warning. That means Denuvo is not publicly confirmed for Star Wars Zero Company right now.
However, the PC version is not completely outside the DRM conversation. EA’s own terms list EA App DRM for PC, while Steam also mentions EA account requirements, internet connection, and account linking. So the real question is not whether the game has any extra PC layer at all — it is whether EA will rely only on its own launcher system or add Denuvo closer to release.
The Missing Steam Warning Still Matters
Because this is an EA-published Star Wars game, the missing Denuvo line is worth watching until launch. Some PC releases keep their DRM notes visible early, while others update store pages closer to release. That makes the current answer careful rather than definitive: Denuvo is not listed, but the page can still change.
This is exactly the kind of case PC players check more than once. Zero Company has a major license, a large publisher behind it, and a Steam release tied to EA account infrastructure. If Denuvo appears later, the game instantly becomes a much bigger crack-watch target.
