ALL WILL FALL releases April 3, 2026 on PC. Developed by All Parts Connected and published by tinyBuild, it’s a survival colony sim set on the ocean after the world has already lost, where the only way forward is upward. You build stacked cities on platforms and scaffolding, but the hook is physics: weight, balance, and collapse are part of the design, not just visual flavor. On top of the construction, it layers exploration, supply chains, faction pressure, and political choices that can keep people alive or start a slow, ugly unraveling.

Review

ALL WILL FALL is a city builder that wants you to feel the cost of height. In most colony sims, vertical growth is just a layout choice. Here, it’s a threat. Every new floor is another chance for the structure to sway, buckle, or straight-up collapse because you got greedy or careless. That changes the mindset immediately. You’re not just planning a city. You’re engineering a precarious tower in a world where land is a memory.
When that physics layer works, it should create the best kind of “builder panic.” You place something, you watch it settle, you realize the supports are wrong, and suddenly the whole district is in danger. The game’s promise is that those moments are not rare accidents, they’re part of learning the system. That’s a strong identity, and it’s the sort of thing that can make even small projects feel dramatic.
Outside the building, the usual colony pressures are there: resource chains, survival needs, and decisions that shape how your people behave. The political angle is what could give it staying power. If factions and events meaningfully shift your priorities, the city stops being a static puzzle and becomes an ongoing negotiation.
Two caveats. Physics can be either hilarious or exhausting depending on tuning. If collapses feel unfair, players will bounce. And the more systems you stack on top of construction, the more the UI and pacing matter. If the interface is messy, you’ll feel overwhelmed for the wrong reasons.
Verdict: A distinctive survival city builder with real tension baked into its physics, with success hinging on fair collapse rules and clear, readable management layers.
