Every resident, a Zoi, carries traits and habits, then bumps into others and makes a mess of your perfect plans. You build homes, tweak neighborhoods, run jobs, and nudge stories without taking the wheel away. Two cities at Early Access launch, deep character tools, and an in‑game sharing hub give the sandbox some teeth.

inZOI lands when you stop chasing checklists and let small choices snowball. Creator tools are generous. Sliders change more than faces: posture, nails, outfits, even motion capture if you want to get fancy. Homes snap together with clean rules, and the city reacts faster than you expect. A rumor jumps blocks. A new job reshapes a schedule. One Zoi gets lazy, another starts jogging at dawn, and your neat routine slips a bit, in a good way.

The simulation feels wide rather than loud. Traffic patterns and weather nudge routes. Workplaces have rhythms. You can watch an evening unfold from a bench and still feel like you played well. Canvas, the sharing feed, helps momentum. Download a clever build, remix it, post a story that makes someone else try again.

Caveats: Early Access means wobbles. Performance wants a strong GPU with real VRAM, and heavy scenes can hitch until caches warm up. Relationship bugs have popped up and been patched, so saves need a touch of caution. Not every system is deep yet. But the base is solid, and it already hits that life‑sim itch where a small tweak becomes a whole night.

Verdict: promising life sim, already playable, with tools that invite tinkering.
