Developed by Ubisoft Ivory Tower and published by Ubisoft. Set on O‘ahu, Hawaii, the game spins up themed Playlists that double as campaign arcs, from muscle throwdowns to JDM nights. You roam a lively island, hop between road, off‑road, and track events, and tinker with builds that lean into photo contests, Grand Race sprints, and Demolition Royale chaos. It is a festival wrapper, but the hook is simple, collect cars and chase clean lines under neon and rain.

Review

The Crew Motorfest finds a better rhythm than The Crew 2. Playlists give structure without locking you in, so you can do a few themed races, detour to a photo challenge, then slide into a Grand Race with 28 drivers. Handling sits in the friendly arcade lane, but cars keep identity. A tuned Supra bites through city bends, off‑road toys float over ash slopes, and high‑grip builds reward tidy inputs. Progression pays out often enough to keep you swapping parts instead of hoarding.

The island helps. Honolulu’s grid works for sprints, the volcano gives elevation and weird weather, and coastal highways sell speed without cheap traffic spikes. Online events keep the map busy. Summit Clash scratches the weekly chase, Demolition Royale is messy fun when squads communicate, and the Grand Race feels like a proper social anchor. Presentation sells the vacation vibe, from sunsets to wet asphalt, while the soundtrack stays out of the way.

It is not spotless. Rubber‑banding pops up in some routes, early AI can be passive, and the shop still nudges you toward microtransactions. Traffic density swings between playlists, and a few visual options are thin on PC compared to sims. Even with that, the loop works. Pick a car, pick a lane, and the next hour vanishes.

Verdict: bright, generous open‑world racing that shines in its weekly rhythm.
