Review

The hook is the DOM, a bus you drive between sorties that doubles as a workshop. That flow sets a clear rhythm, loot a block, sprint for the exit, upgrade, then push deeper. Gunfeel is punchy with readable recoil, and silhouettes help track targets when streets get crowded. Procedural remixing is light rather than chaotic, enemy placements and loot tables change enough to keep routes fresh without breaking layout logic.
Runs can snowball early if you nail blueprint drops, and the meta keeps progress from feeling wiped on death. Streets layer encounters well, chokepoints, courtyards, rooftops with ladder flanks. The art sells the pulp vibe, thick inks and saturated neons against gray concrete. A couple of issues peek through, the camera bob is strong at default and the UI hides damage types one click too deep. Balance will hinge on late‑game elites and how fast the bus upgrades unlock.
Verdict
A stylish urban roguelite with a smart hub loop, promising if the numbers land.
