Marvel’s Blade releases TBA for PC and PlayStation 5. Developed by Arkane Lyon, it shifts the studio’s immersive‑sim DNA into a modern vampire hunt. You patrol a moody European city, stalking targets, climbing across rooftops, and mixing gadgets with cold steel. Expect branching paths, stealth that snaps into quick kills, and story choices that shape who walks away.

Review

If Arkane follows its strengths, levels will sprawl upward and inward, full of side doors and risky shortcuts. The katana should carry weight, with parries that punish greed and silent takedowns for clean runs. Day and night rhythms could matter, changing guard routes and turning alleys into hunting grounds. The studio’s sound work usually shines, so footsteps on wet stone and distant sirens may do as much as the UI to guide you.
Caveats are obvious. Combat must feel crisp on controller and mouse, or the whole fantasy wobbles. Too many upgrade trees could bury the blade under menus. And performance at launch is something to watch, given the studio’s history of ambitious systems.
Verdict: if Arkane nails the feel, this could be the slickest vampire hunt on PC.
