It is about seeing a party come together through traits, skills, synthesis, and a bit of stubborn attachment to monsters you probably should have replaced ten hours ago.

The synthesis loop remains the backbone. Combining monsters is satisfying because it gives progression a sense of experimentation rather than a straight ladder. You are not simply grinding levels. You are asking what happens if two ideas collide, then building a team around the result. That kind of system can carry a long RPG if the talent options stay broad and the game keeps feeding you new reasons to rethink your lineup.

Bianca and Nera are a smart pair to build around because they give the adventure a recognizable Dragon Quest warmth without needing to drown the player in continuity.
