Review

Glory To The Heroes finds its rhythm when you treat every block as a problem to solve. Suppression and sound matter, so you build space with grenades and angles, then collapse on an objective before patrols rotate. Enemy behavior sells pressure without wild cheating, and the toolset pushes measured aggression rather than peek-abuse. Mission modifiers and optional tasks keep runs tense, encouraging different squad loadouts and routes.
It is still a demanding loop. AI pathing can create odd clumps in tight interiors, and visibility in heavy weather asks a lot from midrange GPUs unless you tune effects. The gear economy also needs careful pacing so unlocks feel earned without leaning on grind. If the team maintains the balance between clarity and chaos, this can land as a strong tactical shooter with purpose.
Verdict: Tight, methodical raids with systems that reward planning more than reflex.
