Ninja Gaiden 4 launches on October 21, 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S (day one on Game Pass), and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store.
So far, there’s no official confirmation that the PC version will use Denuvo. The store pages don’t list the usual “third-party DRM: Denuvo Anti-Tamper” notice, and any forum claims remain unofficial. As always, publishers can add or remove DRM close to release, so the status may change as we approach October 21.
On the creative side, the directors keep stressing “fair difficulty”—punishing but readable deaths—while discussing the collaboration between Team Ninja, Koei Tecmo, and PlatinumGames. It’s the first mainline entry in over a decade, with previews calling out camera tweaks, tougher AI, and a reworked Master Ninja for veterans. None of that confirms DRM, but it frames what players will be scrutinizing if Denuvo appears: responsiveness, consistency, and performance.
We’re already tracking possible DRM changes, crack status, patches, and storefront differences on our dedicated page: Ninja Gaiden 4.
