Review
Unrecord’s hook is perspective. The camera warps space a little, so judging distance and timing feels different from standard shooters, and that change forces you to slow down and process each corner. Weapons bark, recoil matters, and audio calls are as important as sightlines. The tactile feel extends to navigation. Doors, cover, and stairwells ask for process, not rush, and the best moments feel like work done safely rather than fireworks.
Systems suggest depth without clutter. Suspect compliance, breach choices, and partner commands give you tools to turn a bad scenario around, and mission variety should keep you from solving every encounter the same way. The presentation is striking, with lighting and camera model doing a lot of heavy lifting, but that means performance headroom will be crucial on mid‑range PCs.
Two caveats. The tone demands careful writing and smart scenario framing, and “realistic” can drift into clunky if inputs do not stay responsive. If DRAMA threads the needle, this could be a singular shooter that stands apart from arcade‑leaning peers.
Verdict: tense, grounded body‑cam FPS that rewards patience and clear calls.
