NASCAR 25
NASCAR 25 launched on October 14, 2025 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with PC (Steam) following soon after. Developed by iRacing Studios and published by Motorsport Games, it brings laser‑scanned tracks, modern car models, and a physics model tuned for both pad and wheel. Career mode ties teams, sponsors, and upgrades into a season grind, while quick race and online lobbies cover short sessions.

Review

Handling leans confident out of the box. Controllers get sensible dead zones and assist presets, wheels benefit from a clean FFB signal without muddy canned effects. Drafting trains feel dangerous but controllable, and cautions break up long runs before fatigue sets in. Track detail is the star: curbs bite, seams tug, and you can feel when a line opens.
Presentation is more restrained than flashy, which works for clarity. Menus are quick, car setup screens are readable, and replays finally help you study lines. Caveats: performance swings on crowded restarts, and texture pop can show up on older GPUs. Online stability is solid with small lobbies, less so in packed fields.
Verdict: grounded handling and strong track work, a solid base that should improve with patches.
