MIMESIS gets under your skin with small lies. A cough that sounds right. A footstep half a beat late. The AI’s mimic trick pushes you to confirm even simple calls, and that friction makes basic tasks tense. The tram loop is smart. Daylight runs feel like relief as you fan out for scraps, then night floods the sound mix and your world shrinks to cones of light and short sprints. Voice chat carries a lot of the game, for better and worse. When a team gels, the paranoia is fun. When it doesn’t, even an easy route frays.

Objectives read clean. Maps reshuffle, gadgets add new outs, and the best groups rotate roles without fuss. Presentation leans into contrast: bright rails against drowned streets, heavy rain that turns corners into guesses. Progression looks light but purposeful, with more maps and monsters promised as Early Access grows.

Caveats: balance will wobble for a while, and solo is not the point. Expect first‑boot shader hitches and the usual co‑op lobby hiccups. Still, the concept is strong and the loop already sings. Listen hard, ask twice, and trust carefully.

Verdict: tense co‑op horror with a nasty deception hook that makes every call matter.
