Dirty Business
Dirty Business enters Early Access on July 22, 2026, for PC. Developed and published by Plan Dirty Games, this first-person management simulator puts players in control of a criminal organization operating from a hidden underground complex beneath the city. The operation begins with producing illegal substances, counterfeit currency, and weapons before expanding into worker management, automated production, street distribution, front-company deliveries, territorial control, and large shipments through a secret cartel airstrip. The entire business can be managed alone or with up to four friends through online co-op.

Review

Dirty Business approaches the crime simulator formula as a hands-on production and logistics game. Players are not simply selecting upgrades from menus. They move through the underground base, establish production areas, process different goods, complete customer orders, and prepare shipments for distribution across the city.
Progression comes from improving efficiency. Workers can be assigned to cultivation, chemical production, weapon manufacturing, and other tasks, while street dealers handle sales above ground. Small orders travel through the base elevator, larger deliveries use vehicles connected to front companies, and major shipments can leave through the cartel airstrip. This creates a natural escalation from manual work to a broader organization that can function with less direct supervision.
Base expansion is closely tied to that growth. New rooms, production lines, storage areas, and an underground garage provide additional capacity, while district control extends the operation beyond its original hideout. Playing with up to four friends should make the busier stages easier to manage, particularly when production, transport, and distribution need attention at the same time.
The central loop appears clear and potentially satisfying, but its long-term appeal will depend on economic balance and how quickly repetitive manual tasks become automated. Combat is included, although it appears secondary to management and production. The Early Access version also launches before planned additions such as more products, illegal activities, and deeper open-world systems.
Verdict: A focused underground management simulator with a strong sense of progression, especially for players who enjoy production chains, base expansion, and cooperative logistics.
